Talking about the album, Lucy adds “This album is really a Time Capsule of the last decade and it starts right back with the song Everything Changes that samples the song Last Night which is what catapulted me into the public eye. It’s an album about perseverance and finding hope and keeping on moving forward. It intersects very much with my book Process. Really this whole album sort of outlines a different kind of process.”

Lucy was the first contestant in X Factor history to score a Top 40 single and album before the live shows aired. Since her appearance on X Factor, Lucy has sold over 140,000 albums and reached over 140,000,000 streams on Spotify alone with over 555,000 monthly listeners.
