TICKETING AND RECEPTION SERVICES ASSISTANT
TITLE: Ticketing and Reception Services Assistant
DEPARTMENT: Box Office and Reception
RESPONSIBLE TO:Ticketing and Reception Services Manager
HOURS: 20hrs per week
PAY: £11.44 per hour
CONTRACT: Permanent
Purpose of Job
To work in our box office and reception. To sell tickets face-to-face for all our concerts throughout the year and to deal with ticket related enquiries. To be the first port of call for all Guildhall enquiries, providing information, direction and a first-class customer service response in line with the venue’s operational values.

EVENT DUTY MANAGER
TITLE: Event Duty Manager
DEPARTMENT: Venue Services – Operations
RESPONSIBLE TO: Operations Manager
HOURS: 20hrs per week
PAY: £13,000
CONTRACT: Permanent
Purpose of Job
A role supporting the venue management in the day to day operation of the Guildhall concerts and events. To co-ordinate and supervise events and concerts. This role shall include overseeing all areas of secondary spend & promoter liaison. Assisting in the facilitation of the back-office functions of these areas, as well as the management on the event of the and casual bars & Front of House teams.

FINANCE OFFICER
TITLE: Finance Officer

Purpose of Job
You are responsible for the processing of financial data through the organisation through the various operational ways the organisation provides services to support the community and enhance the cultural activity of the City of Portsmouth.
