Customer facing role where team need to excel in positivity, enthusiasm and have a welcoming nature. This role can include bar work, catering/cafe work, front of house and ushering. This role will vary due to the nature of the venue, so a willingness to learn new skills and adapt in a fast paced environment is essential. (Applicants must be 16+)

Physically demanding role that requires good team work and attention to detail. The role evolves around the dynamic changes the venue makes in its layout and furniture to suit the variety of events it hosts. (Applicants must be 18+)

Join our volunteer team in being the face of the venue welcoming our guests, helping with frequently asked questions and guiding guests to their seats. This role also has the benefit of being able to watch the shows/events the Guildhall hosts.

Applicants must have a valid SIA licence and be confident in a customer-facing role. The team need to excel in positivity, enthusiasm and have a welcoming nature. This role will vary due to the varying nature of shows and events the venue hosts, so a willingness to learn new skills and adapt in a fast pass environment is essential.

A stage technician or stagehand is a backstage professional who builds, maintains, and operates the physical elements of a live performance or event. They bring a vision to life and ensure everything functions safely and smoothly during rehearsals and shows.
