BOX OFFICE OPENING HOURS

Our in-person Box Office service at the venue for sales and collections is available once again between 9am and 5pm Monday-Friday (and on the evening of an event). Please note: we are a cashless venue.

Charity / Raffle Ticket Requests

As a registered charity ourselves (The Guildhall Trust no. 1153358), we are sadly not able to support all donation requests. However, as part of our charitable aims we will make a limited number of tickets available to distribute each month. If you would like to apply, please read the information below and complete the form. Only requests submitted via the form will be eligible.

How it Works

• Each month we will hold a draw to win 2 tickets
• The draw will take place during the first week of the month
• We will accept 3 applications per year per charity/organisation
• Successful applicants can only re-enter the draw after 1 year from the date they won
• Successful applicants will be contacted by our ticketing service team
