Amba Tremain is a powerhouse singer/songwriter and performer from Portsmouth. Known for her rich, gritty tone and commanding stage presence, Amba has become one of the UK’s most exciting live acts—blending classic soul, blues and RnB with her own cinematic flair.

2025 was a career-defining year for Amba. She won The Voice Award at the Portsmouth Music Awards, captivated audiences across the UK with The Voodoo Tour and gained national attention following her show-stopping appearance on Britain’s Got Talent, where she earned four yeses and a standing ovation from the judges. Amba was also celebrated for winning the Introducing Stage at the Blues, Rhythm and Rock Festival UK, and for her growing influence as an original artist in the UK music scene. 

In 2026, Amba’s success continues to soar. Nominated by the UK Blues Federation for ‘Emerging Act of the Year’ and by the Portsmouth Music Awards once more, for Album of the Year with her latest record ‘Live at Peggy’s Skylight’. 

Following a triumphant 2025 with a number of sold-out shows, Amba and her band are back on the road for the ‘Call Me Tour’, performing all across the UK, delivering their unmistakable “heavy soul” sound. The Lens Studio will once again play host the bands final end of year perfomance, closing out the whole tour with a bang. The live experience—filled with passion, authenticity, spine-tingling vocals and a stellar band line-up—is not to be missed.
