Alt-Rock & Metal Fans - all is not lost for 2024!
Although the full Takedown Festival has been moved to 2025, we’re delighted to announce that a number of ‘Takedown Presents’ events will be going ahead this year, so that Takedown fans can still get their fix of alt-rock and metal in 2024!
First up is a headline show in The Box from alternative icon and singer-songwriter Cassyette, ahead of the release of her debut album in August 2023! Also on the lineup are Nu Metal London band Blackgold, Berlin-born trailblazer Mimi Barks, breakout East London star Deijuvhs, punk infused Alt-Rockers Snayx, Bristol’s purveyors of alternative pop metal, Kite Thief, and last but not least; the brilliant and eclectic Calva Louise! Next on 14th July, playing a one-off headline show are rock sensation Creeper! They kindly request that you bring all your friends and enemies so they may feast.
The final of the Takedown Showcase is now taking place on Sunday 3rd of November, with special guest headliners Seething Akira – get your tickets now for a great line-up of bands: As well as the headliners, the event includes performances from Summoners, Hounds, ZILF, SOS, Wide Awake Club, and FEAR.
